Build your career on solid ground.

Design and analyze structures across residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Washington and Oregon. You’ll work directly with our Director of Engineering, manage your own project load, and coordinate with clients and building departments. PE preferred; strong candidates approaching licensure will be considered.

Run calculations, build analysis models, and support construction documents under the direct supervision of a licensed PE/SE. You’ll touch wood, steel, concrete, and masonry design in your first year, with a defined roadmap and firm-supported exam prep toward your PE.

Carry projects from proposal through permit approval. You’ll manage schedules and deliverables, lead coordination with architects and contractors, and keep clients informed in plain language. Ideal for an engineer with 3–6 years of experience ready for full project ownership.

Translate engineering design into precise structural drawings — plans, sections, details, and schedules — across residential, commercial, and industrial work. Proficiency in AutoCAD required; Revit experience is a strong plus. You’ll work closely with engineers who value drafters as full members of the project team.

Develop and manage structural Revit models on our growing commercial and industrial project load. You’ll handle clash coordination with architectural and MEP models, maintain family libraries and standards, and help set the firm’s BIM workflow as we scale.

Build relationships with architecture firms, general contractors, and developers across Washington and Oregon. You’ll manage a pipeline in our CRM, represent Talon at industry events, and translate technical capability into clear value for clients. AEC industry experience preferred; drive and follow-through required.
