A full residential package typically includes a foundation plan, floor framing plan, roof framing plan, lateral load analysis, shear wall schedule, and all connection details. Every sheet is PE-stamped and documented so your contractor and the building department can work from them without calling us for clarification.
Yes. Additions and remodels are a large part of what we do. We evaluate how the new work ties into the existing structure, design any required modifications to the foundation or framing, and produce stamped drawings covering both the existing and new conditions so the permit package is complete.
Both. We work with homeowners, general contractors, architects, and designers. Whoever is managing the project can submit plans and coordinate with us directly. We communicate clearly at every stage so nothing gets lost between parties.
Yes. We evaluate the existing framing, design the beam and post system to carry the loads being transferred, and specify the required connections and foundation modifications if needed. You receive stamped drawings and calculations your contractor can build from and your building department can approve.

We stand behind our work. If a plan checker requests changes related to our engineering we address them at no additional charge. We produce thorough well-documented packages to keep corrections to a minimum - but when they come up we handle them.
